Return on Damaged or Expired Product
Our return policy is only valid for 30 days from the date of purchase and only if a product is defective, damaged or expired. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can no longer offer a return.
If you received a product from GREENLIGHT that is defective, damaged or expired and wish to exchange it for the same item, please follow these steps:
Once we receive your email, we will review and reach out to you to verify your details and confirm an exchange. Exchanges are processed as quickly as possible, normally within 24 hours.
GREENLIGHT will cover the cost of shipping for all returned defective, damaged or expired product. We try to ship out exchanges within 24 hours of receiving your return request.
